Laus Deo Lodge No. 4821 - 23rd May 2024
A fantastic third degree ceremony at Laus Deo Lodge No. 4821 last night. First class ritual - It was plain to see that an immense amount of work was put in to make this a slick and enjoyable evening, matched only by a sumptuous festive board. Enjoy the summer brethren.
Lodge of Equity No. 3692 - 18th May 2024
What a wonderful meeting yesterday with The Lodge of Equity No. 3692.
A first class Raising ceremony carried out meticulously, and with great sincerity. Well done to you all for putting so much effort in, and thanks to Orion Lodge for allowing your brother to be raised.
What I witnessed was two lodges working together in harmony and much support of each other. I had the honour of supporting V.W. Bro Jonathan Hillman who too, very much enjoyed the ceremony.

Southfields Lodge No. 4588 - 2nd May 2024
What a great meeting at Southfields Lodge No. 4588 yesterday, celebrating their Centenary in fine style. The Guest of Honour was V.W.Bro Jonathan Hillman, well done to all the brethren who worked so hard to make this a wonderful occasion.
Joseph Lancaster Lodge No. 3439 - 27th April 2024
I attended the Joseph Lancaster Lodge yesterday to symbolically receive the Warrant of the lodge. The meeting was carried out with much dignity and compassion, and I wish all the brethren happiness and success in their new lodges.

Last night saw the double initiation of two Lewis’s at Tower Lodge No. 5159.
A splendid meeting all round, two great new candidates with another double initiation this coming September. Great meeting and festive board, thanks to you all, it was great to sit and enjoy the meeting as a guest!

Old Colfeians Lodge No. 7412 - 19th April 2024
Old Colfeians Lodge No. 7412 carried out a first class Initiation ceremony last night. The W.M. delivered “top drawer” ritual, the charge and working tools were of the highest quality, not least, the Junior Deacon, who was excellent. Hhe took the candidate round in a perfect manner! A very impressive meeting, matched only by the sumptuous and convivial festive board - well done to the whole lodge!
Horsenden Hill Lodge No. 6215 - 17th April 2024
I attended a very dignified Lodge Closure meeting for Horsenden Hill Lodge No. 6215 last evening. 35 Brethren were present to make it a special night. I look forward to greeting the 6215 brethren in their new Lodges. My special thanks go to the lodge secretary for the immense amount of work he has put in and the very warm welcome I received from all who were there, and may I wish you much happiness and success in your new lodges.
Victoria Diamond Jubilee Lodge No. 2675 - 11th April 2024
What a wonderful meeting last night at Victoria Diamond Jubilee Lodge No. 2675. We witnessed the fine Raising of Bro. Slim. We were also treated to a wonderful delivery of a 60 year long service certificate for W. Bro. David Clover by V.W. Bro Jonathan Hillman, from memory! It was very special indeed.
Hackney Manor Lodge No. 4592 - 28th March 2024
A big thank you to the Worshipful Master and officers of Hackney Manor Lodge No. 4592, who put on an amazing double Initiation last night - a top notch evening. The initiates really enjoyed the ceremony and were both excellent candidates. The hard work of 4592 is matched by the their harmony in the lodge and their conviviality at the Festive Board. Next meeting, another double Initiation, well done to you all.

W.Bro John Buckingham and myself were treated to a wonderful evening yesterday at The Lodge of Equity No. 3692.
A first class Raising ceremony for Bro. Terry Jago was enjoyed by all attending, and it was obvious that everyone who took part in the ceremony had put in a huge effort, including Bro. Terry, who showed immense fortitude to complete his part in the ceremony. Those attending will understand the challenges he overcame to make this meeting very special indeed. John and I thank all the members for a truly convivial Festive Board - Well done to the Lodge!

Argosy Lodge No. 5181 - 17th March 2024
Another fantastic Welcome Project meeting at Argosy Lodge No. 5181 yesterday. We witnessed a first class double Initiation Ceremony, led by the Master, W.Bro. Robert Hughes. The 13 visiting new initiates really enjoyed the meeting and at one point, they all took to the lodge floor - A fantastic site to see!

Lodge Light Of The Craft No. 3265 - 4th March 2024
A fantastic evening yesterday at Lodge Light Of The Craft No. 3265. We witnessed a fine Raising Ceremony for Bro. Firat Ersanli, followed by the well known Carvery at MMH. I had the pleasant company of three senior members of my Inspectorate Visiting Team there, not that they are “checking up” on me?

I Enjoyed a fantastic meeting yesterday, witnessing a Raising followed by an Initiation at The Semper Fidelis Lodge No. 4393. Both carried out with dignity and efficiency. The meeting was followed by a superb Festive Board at the Connaught Rooms.

An amazing meeting yesterday at Equator Lodge No. 8765. I witnessed a first class initiation ceremony for Bro. Murali Nair, followed by having the honour of presenting a 50 year Certificate to W.Bro. Lodge of Endeavour for Norwood Ravenswood No. 5506 - 6th December 2023
Just returned home from a fabulous Initiation ceremony by the brethren of Lodge of Endeavour for Norwood Ravenswood No. 5506 for Bro. Michael Elgal. I don’t think I have seen a better ceremony, 52 brethren present this evening to share the meeting and a first class Festive Board.

Last night saw the fine meeting of Whitefriars Lodge No. 5097. This meeting was conjoint with Whipps Cross Lodge No 4642.
The crowning glory was the presentation of a 50 year Certificate to W. Bro. Tony Hunt SLGR, well deserved as he has served Whitefriars with distinction over many years. Well done Tony and the Lodge!

Kindred Arts Lodge No. 5784 - 7th November 2023
Last night saw the double Initiation of a Son & Father, Bro’s. Zac and Simon Wagman at Kindred Arts Lodge No. 5784.
A vey slick and wonderful ceremony by all who took part. A great evening overall, not least as I received a cheque for £1,000.00 donated by the lodge for the London Air Ambulance Appeal, which when added to their previous donation means they have achieved the Bronze Award - very well done to all involved last night, “Take a Bow”

Hercules Lodge No. 4805 - 26th October 2023
Last night saw the presentation of two 50 year certificates to W. Bro. Peter Golds CBE and W. Bro. Peter Serlin at Hercules Lodge No. 4805.
The Brethren were also treated to a fabulous First Degree Tracing Board Lecture presented by W. Bro. Tim Harvey, who was balloted successfully for rejoining the lodge.
The lodge secretary W. Bro. Martin Klein also announced two new Initiates over the next two meetings, and to cap it all W. Bro. Peter Golds CBE sits in “The Chair” this year for his 50th anniversary.

Boston Park Lodge No. 4576 - 19th October 2023
Thursday 19th October at Boston Park Lodge No. 4576 saw a first class passing ceremony for Bro. Aaron Joyce, who was pictured on the front cover of Arena magazine, edition 52.
This ceremony was the result of some very hard work by all concerned, which came through in the form of a most excellent ceremony - Well drilled yet intimate, led by W. Bro. David Stratton, instigated by the Lodge Secretary W. Bro. Mark Randall, from my lift to and from the meeting by W. Bro. Axel Foley and W. Bro. Stan Brown all the way back to Northampton! I could not have been treated better. Thanks to you all brethren of Boston Park Lodge No. 4576.

West Green Lodge No. 4695 - 17th October 2023
Last Tuesday 17th October saw my visit to West Green Lodge No. 4695. Bro. Gary Hicks was passed to the 2nd degree in fine fashion. Bro. secretary Mike Painter took the chair for the evening whilst Scott “Utility Man” Simpson played numerous roles - he is destined for the Stage!
Great meeting made more special by a presentation of a well fashioned document from W. Bro. Scott Simpson confirming a £500.00 donation to the London Air Ambulance appeal!
It’s must have taken him ages to create it, my hearty congratulations to the lodge for the donation and a fantastic evening all round.

Alexandra Palace Lodge No. 1541 - 16th October 2023
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Alexandra Palace Lodge No. 1541. Witnessing W. Bro. Mark Walls take the Chair. Such a warm, welcoming lodge with good ritual and a very convivial meeting and festive board. I will be visiting again unofficially in 2024 with brethren from Northampton.
Lewisham Lodge No. 2579 - 7th October 2023
I attended The Lewisham Lodge No. 2579 on Saturday 7th October and witnessed a fine Installation, with W. Bro. Frank Hawson taking the Chair. I felt very much at home as there were 12 visiting brethren who travelled down from my home town of Northampton. It was a fantastic meeting with a truly convivial festive board - thanks to everyone for the amazing reception they gave me!
Lodge of Proven Fellowship No. 6225 - 6th October 2023
I attended The Lodge of Proven Fellowship No 6225. on Friday 6th October. A fantastic initiation for Bro. David Watkins. Wwe had the pleasure of 12 Brethren visiting from Germany wearing tails and top hats - A great meeting with plenty of friendships made. Well done to the whole team.
Tower Lodge No. 5159 - 28th September 2023
Last night at Tower Lodge No. 5159 saw the Raising of Bro Gary Lees, a superb night even though some of the Brethren had to stand in in at very short notice, the festive board was also a very convivial, thanks to all the Brethren who made myself and the visiting team most welcome, thanks you all 5159.
